If you are unsure if the property agent is a member of our scheme, you can use the ‘find a member’ below to check if the property agent is a member of The Property Ombudsman.

Please ensure the agent name is spelt correctly when searching otherwise it will not be found.

We can only help if the property agent you are complaining about is a member of our scheme.
