New Build Homes

If your complaint concerns a newly built home, you can refer your complaint to the New Homes Ombudsman.

The New Homes Ombudsman can offer you advice and guidance, as well as having the power to investigate the actions of your builder or developer against the standards set out in their Code of Practice. Their code covers all aspects of a new home purchase such as:

  • The sales process
  • Reservation fees
  • Build quality
  • After-sales service
  • Snagging issues.
