Make a Complaint
Please note this is a pilot, to allow you easier access to our services.
Before you can make a complaint, you will need to answer five questions so we can see what stage you are at with your complaint. You will then be taken to our online complaint form or signposted to other helpful information.
If you are ready to submit a complaint to us, we will need you to complete a complaints form. This will require specific details of the issues you would like to raise. To help you complete the process, we suggest you have supporting evidence such as any complaint correspondence and a Final View Point letter to hand.
To help us gain an understanding of your complaint, the complaints form needs to be detailed to the best of your ability; we estimate this process will take between 10 – 15 minutes.
