Make a Complaint
To help you check whether your complaint is ready to submit, we will ask you a number of questions to see at what stage you are at with your complaint. If your complaint is not ready, you will find guidance to help you understand what to do next. If it is ready you will need to complete a complaints form. This will require specific details of the issues you would like to raise. To help you complete the process, we suggest you have supporting evidence such as any complaint correspondence and the property business’s Final View Point letter to hand.
